We overheard that Matobato's lawyer has no basis to file a case before ICC vs Duterte. According to Panelo, the international court might not entertain the case that Matobato's lawyer want's to file.
The reason for this due to lack of evidence. Sabio wants to file the case against humanity case because of the alleged EJK.
They plan to file it by the end of the month.
